Hi, I’m Shanelle! I’m a UX-trained researcher and creative with experience in education, youth development, and digital communications. I use human-centered research methods to turn insights into practical program strategies, content initiatives, and community-driven projects. 

My experience has taught me that I enjoy work involving people, storytelling and variety. Whether I am interviewing participants, developing programme ideas, creating social media content, facilitating a session or mapping an experience, I am most engaged when I can learn about something new and communicate it in a way that feels accessible and human.

I am currently exploring opportunities across media, communications, content, research and project-based work. Rather than limiting myself to one discipline, I hope to continue building a broad creative skill set while contributing to projects that help people connect with new ideas, communities and experiences.
